Sorgente Group of America, the American subsidiary of Italian development firm Sorgente Group, sold three commercial condo units at 66 White Street for $13.4 million. The buyer is 66 White Street 10013 LP, which has lawyer Thomas S. DiPaola as its signatory. Sorgente is best known for owning a majority stake in the Flatiron Building.
